Protecting Your Personal Data.
This website is operated by The Hound (0203 872 5533, info@thehound.london).
This privacy statement relates only to the purchasing of vouchers.
By placing your order you are providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which we will only use for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling your order and, if for the benefit of someone else, communicating it to them.
- Collecting payment from you (which involves giving some of your PII to the payment processing provider).
- If you provide consent, sending you marketing communications.
- Statistical analysis.
We do not need your specific consent for that as that processing is necessary if we are to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We have a legitimate interest in using your data for statistical analysis.
We will retain your PII collected for this purpose for ten years and will then delete all your PII except any necessary to evidence the fact that your PII has been deleted.
If you have consented to us using your PII for marketing purposes, we will cease using it for that purpose if you withdraw that consent by informing us using the contact details set out above, or by unsubscribing from our emails.
You also have the right at any time to ask us what PII of yours we hold, to have it corrected if incorrect and to object to the way in which we use it. To request for your data to be removed from our system, please click here.
When you place an order, payment is collected online and you are providing the payment data directly to our payment processing provider. We do not see or hold your full card payment details.
Our data processing of your PII is regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) and if you have a complaint about how your data has been processed you can complain to the ICO. We would of course prefer that you complain directly to us first.
